Adam Zagórski אדם זגורסקי (פולין) –
acclaimed Polish jazz drummer, pianist, composer, and educator from Wielkopolska Region (Greater Poland). Doctor of Musical Arts (I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, 2025), laureate of the “Young Poland” Scholarship and artistic grants from the City of Warsaw and the Marshal of Greater Poland Region. Winner of major jazz competitions including Jazz nad Odrą and Blue Note Competition. He has released over 30 albums, including Slow Food (Polish Jazz vol. 86, Warner Music Poland), Suita Wielkopolska, and Speed of Light. Zagórski has performed and lectured across Europe, America, and Asia. Founder and artistic director of Poznań Music Labs LIVE, an international concert and education platform promoting jazz and cultural exchange.

Pablo Lapidusas פבלו לפידוסס (ארגנטינה)  

Argentinian-Brazilian pianist Pablo Lapidusas, based in Portugal, blends diverse influences across eight albums. His virtuosic yet subtle performances with trio P.L.I.N.T and orchestras worldwide showcase rhythmic mastery praised by critics. Collaborations span 40+ countries with icons like Hermeto Pascoal, Maria João, Cesar Camargo Mariano, Carlos Malta, Marcelo D2 and Hamilton de Holanda. Winner of Brazil's 2021 "Prêmio Profissionais da Música" for his *Herdeiros de Saramago* soundtrack, Lapidusas transcends genres while mentoring globally. Current projects include a ninth album, multimedia works with Ai Weiwei's texts, educational Toy Piano concerts (*Concerto de Bolso*), and the Johnny Alf tribute with Celeste Caramanna, Jaques Morelenbaum and Nelson Faria

אסף גורן הוא נגן חצוצרה ומוזיקאי רב תחומי, בנעוריו למד בביה"ס לאומניות "ביכורים" שבעוטף עזה.
לאחר שירותו הצבאי עבר למצפה רמון, שם המשיך את לימודיו בביה"ס הגבוהה למוזיקה Internal Compass.
גורן השתלב בסצנת המוזיקה האזורית וניגן עם אמנים רבים מהארץ והעולם. 
נגינתו המרגשת נעה בין לחישות שקטות לעוצמה ואנרגיה גדולה, ומשדרת את הקשר העמוק שלו למדבר ולמוזיקה. בנוסף, הוא מלמד מוזיקה במוסדות שונים ברחבי הארץ.

ליהיא חרובי
חרובי היא מהקולות המקוריים בסצנת הג׳אז העכשווי, מלמדת ב-MIT וב-Berklee College of Music, וחלקה את הבמה עם גדולי מוזיקאי הג׳אז ביניהם הפסנתרן דנילו פרז, זמרת הג'אז הברזילאית לוסיאנה סוזה, המתופפת טרי לין קרינגטון, נגני הסקסופון ג'ורג' גרזון, ג'ו לובאנו ודייב ליבמן, החצוצרן גרג הופקינס והבסיסט ג'ון פטיטוצ'י. היא הופיעה כמובילת הרכבים על במות בכל העולם בהן פסטיבל הג'אז במונטריי, פסטיבל הג'אז בניופורט, יום הג'אז הבינלאומי של אונסק"ו, פסטיבל ג'אז בים האדום ופסטיבלי ג'אז נוספים בפנמה, קוסטה ריקה, הרפובליקה הדומיניקאנית, צ'ילה, אירלנד, אנגליה וצרפת.

Tim Ray טים ריי (ארה"ב)
wide-ranging skills as a soloist and accompanist have afforded him the opportunity to perform with legendary performers from many diverse styles of music. He is perhaps best known as Tony Bennett’s most recent pianist and musical director, appearing in concerts with him until his retirement from singing in 2020. Featured on over 100 recordings to date, Tim has performed in concert with an extensive list of pop music icons, notably Aretha Franklin, Lyle Lovett, and Jane Siberry. He regularly performs with leading figures in the jazz world, among them Kurt Elling, Gary Burton, Esperanza Spalding, Terri Lyne Carrington, Scott Hamilton, Dave Douglas, John Patitucci, Brian Blade, Phil Woods, Lewis Nash and Rufus Reid; and his classical credits include solo performances and concerts with the Boston Pops, the Boston Modern Orchestra Project and the Glens Falls (NY) Symphony. Tim’s busy schedule has included frequent tours throughout the Americas, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and has included performances at Carnegie Hall, the White House, the Kennedy Center and the 1992 Presidential Inauguration. Tim has also performed repeatedly on “The Tonight Show”, “Late Night with David Letterman,” “The Conan O’Brien Show,” “Austin City Limits” and various other national TV and radio broadcasts. He has recorded 7 albums as a leader; the most recent CD – Fire & Rain, featuring John Lockwood on bass and Mark Walker on drums, was released on the Whaling City Sounds record label in 2023. Excursions & Adventures, featuring drummer Terri Lyne Carrington and bassist John Patitucci, and Windows (with Lockwood and Walker) are also available on the Whaling City label. A sought-after arranger and composer, Tim has penned numerous original works for his trio Tre Corda, for solo piano, big band, string orchestra, and an extensive body of writing for jazz trio and quartet. He is a grant recipient from the National Endowment for the Arts, and is a longtime Professor on the faculty of the Berklee College of Music in Boston

Maxim Lubarsky מקסים לוברסקי (אוקראינה)
is a virtuoso pianist from Odessa, Ukraine, renowned for his stylistic versatility and deep musicality. His repertoire spans classical, jazz, and music of Latin America, showcasing his ability to merge different styles seamlessly. Trained as a classical pianist at the prestigious Stolyarsky School and Odessa State Conservatory, he later discovered his passion for
jazz, founding the award-winning group, Art Session. After touring internationally and performing with the Odessa State Symphony, he moved to the U.S. upon receiving a scholarship
to attend Berklee College of Music, where he studied with Joanne Brackeen, Danilo Pérez, Hal Crook, and Joe Lovano.
Lubarsky has collaborated with artists such as Terri Lyne Carrington, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Dave Liebman, and Gabrielle Goodman, and leads multiple ensembles including his own quartet
and the Latin jazz group TRIAD. He has performed and taught across Europe, South Africa, China, and the United States, appearing at festivals such as Cambridge Jazz Festival, Black Sea Jazz Weekend (Ukraine), Diacetum Festival (Italy), and the Spoleto Festival (USA), where he appeared as a soloist performing Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue with orchestra.
Currently based in Boston, Maxim tours globally, conducts masterclasses, and serves as an Associate Professor of Piano at Berklee College of Music.

Léo Espinosa לאו אספינוזה (קובה)
was born in Santa Clara, Cuba. He studied and graduated from
Professional School of Art Instructors (EPIA) as a teacher of
Electric Bass and Ensemble Practice.
In Cuba, he was bassist for: Charanga Armonía de Carlos, Hot Sugar
Band, Xiomara Laugart and resident band of “La Zorra y el Cuervo jazz Club”. After
moving to Europe he has collaborated with artists such as:
Thierry Elias, Paulo Flores, Steward Sukuma, Nancy Vieira, Lura, Ivan
Lins, Miroca Paris, Paulo de Carvalho, Victor Zamora,
Luis Represas, Vitorino, Antonio Chainho, Tito Paris, Aline Frazão, Agir,
Munir Hossn, Marcelo D2, Ricardo Toscano, Maria João, Nininho Vaz Maia, Anna Maria
Jopek, P.L.I.N.T, Diego el Gabi, etc.

יוגב שטרית
מלחין ומתופף בינלאומי, נולד בבאר שבע בשנת 1978. בוגר האוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים במחלקה למוסיקולוגיה. ממקימי הרכב ההיפ-הופ Coolooloosh, שזכה להצלחה בינלאומית רבה. שיתף פעולה עם אמנים מובילים כמו Tia Fuller, Arnie Lawrence, Kevin Mahogany, Paulo Morello ו-Chuchito Valdez.
בשנת 2016, הקים את הטריו שלו במטרה לנגן מוסיקה מקורית שהלחין. הקליט והפיק את אלבום הבכורה ״דרך חדשה״, האלבום הושק בספטמבר 2016 ומאז ההרכב מופיע בארץ ובעולם ביותר מ-50 מדינות בפסטיבלים ומועדונים ביניהם בפסטיבל הג׳אז היוקרתי בפנמה, בקנדי סנטר, וושינגטון די.סי, אחת הבמות הנחשבות ביותר בארה״ב, Casa Del Jazz, איטליה ועוד רבים.
יצירותיו של יוגב הן אינסטרומנטליות ומשלבות בין מוסיקה שורשית מסורתית מבית; מוסיקה אנדלוסית, מרוקאית, ישראלית, לצד ג׳אז עכשווי ומוסיקת עולם.

Mitch Livstone מיטש ליבסטון (ארה"ב)
Praised by Boston critic Jon Garelick as an artist who “really shines” on the bandstand, Mitch Livstone plays with thoughtful lyricism and brilliant tone colors. A true orchestrator, he courts interactivity among his fellow artists, creating stirring melodies from subtle phrases, and transforming trio gigs into headlining events. 

The Boston-based guitarist and composer has worked with Tim Ray, John Lockwood, Bruce Gertz, Ehud Ettun, Oscar Stagnaro, Mark Walker, Steve Langone, Bertram Lehman, Ángela Varo, Ivanna Cuesta Gonzalez and Gary Fieldman, among other artists. Leading his own trio, ML Jazz Collaborative, and supporting others, Livstone has performed in festivals across the US, as well as being a fixture in Boston area venues such as The Beehive, The Lilypad, Mad Monkfish, Zuzu, Latina Kitchen & other popular live music outlets. 

Born and raised in Belarus, Livstone began developing his ear at an early age. By 8, the young composer and future guitarist was earning critical accolades and placing ahead of adult conservatory students in formal competitions. When his family emigrated to the U.S., Livstone found himself putting aside his musical aspirations to pursue a sustainable career. He earned his Ph.D. in engineering from MIT, formally returning to music years later when he began studying with Peter Bernstein and Jonathan Kreisberg. 

In Fall 2025, Livstone issues his debut release Evolution, convening his working trio that features Tim Ray on piano, Ehud Ettun on bass and Gary Fieldman on drums.

אמיר וייס
גיטריסט ג'אז ורוק, החל לנגן בגיל צעיר ותמיד נמשך אל הדיסוננס והבלתי צפוי. בשנות נעוריו כתב מוזיקה א-טונלית לפסנתר לאחר שנחשף למלחינים כמו ברטוק, סטרווינסקי ושנברג. אמיר יוצר ג'אז שמאד מושפע ממוזיקה קלאסית מודרנית, אלתור חופשי ומאורגן, והרבה רוק עם הומור והפתעה לצד רצינות וירידה לפרטים.
ב2011 אמיר הקים והוביל את הרכב הג'אז האקספרימנטלי "MEME", ועימו הקליט שני אלבומים –
"MEME" ו "A Tree Falls In The Forest".
ב2017, ביחד עם וירטואוז הגיטרה הברזילאי מרסלו נמי, אמיר הקים דואט גיטרות, ובו הם פיתחו סגנון משותף והופיעו בבמות ופסטיבלים רבים בארץ ובחו"ל.
לצד פעילותו כמלחין ומוביל הרכבים אמיר משתתף בפרויקטים והרכבים רבים, ומלמד מוזיקה במגמת המוזיקה של תיכון הכפר הירוק, ובInternal Compass במצפה רמון

ורד דקל
מלחינה, זמרת, מאלתרת, פסנתרנית ומעבדת. התחילה את דרכה כפסנתרנית קלאסית, ובהמשך שינתה כיוון לעולם השירה והג'אז. הופיעה במהלך הקריירה במועדוני ניו יורק, איטליה, ספרד, צרפת, גרמניה, וישראל. לרוב מופיעה עם מוסיקה מקורית. השתתפה במהלך השנים בפסטיבל ישראל, פסטיבל הג'אז בים האדום, פסטיבל יפו ג'אז, פסטיבל ת"א, מוזיאון ת"א, פליציה בלומנטל, שבלול ועוד
הוציאה 6 אלבומים – שלושה אלבומי ג'אז עם מוסיקה מקורית באנגלית ושלושה אלבומים עם שירים מקוריים בעברית. נעה בין עולמות האילתור החופשי לבין עולמות המוסיקה הכתובה – בטווח רחב של ז'אנרים.
בנוסף ורד מלחינה מוסיקה למחול ולהצגות הפיקה מוסיקלית ושרה בהופעות מחווה לאמנים גדולים – "funtasting" – שירי סטינג בעיבודי ג'אז, להקת abba בג'אז, ואריתה פרנקלין. 
מרצה בכירה באקדמיה למוסיקה ולמחול בירושלים, והיא ראשת המחלקה הווקאלית הרב תחומית באקדמיה.
בעלת תואר ראשון בביצוע ג'ז ותואר שני בקומפוזיציה. משתפת פעולה עם מגוון רחב של אמנים, ומלווה הרבה כשרונות בארץ – מפיתוח קול דרך גיבוש קריירה

דוד אלפנדרי
סקסופוניסט, חלילן ומלחין.  למד והתגורר שנים רבות בניו יורק ,שם שיתף פעולה עם אומנים מהשורה הראשונה במגוון סגנונות-ג׳אז, היפ הופ, אפרו  ביט ועוד, , כיום מופיע עם אומנים מהארץ והעולם, ומלמד ב בית ספר למוזיקה ״מצפן פנימי״  במצפה רמון.

דניאל שוורצולד
פסנתרן, מלחין ומבצע ג׳אז בינלאומי, בוגר האקדמיה למוזיקה ולמחול בירושלים ובוגר Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln שבגרמניה. דרכו המוזיקלית נעה בין ג׳אז קלאסי, מוזיקה קאמרית, עולם ושירה עברית, והוא מופיע דרך קבע בפסטיבלים ובבמות ג׳אז ברחבי אירופה, אסיה, אמריקה וישראל, בהם Seoul Jazz Festival, Red Sea Jazz Festival ו-Fuerteventura Jazz Festival באיים הקנריים.
כמלחין יצר שוורצולד יצירות לתזמורת ולהרכבים קאמריים, ובהן יצירה שבוצעה בהיכל התרבות בתל אביב בהשראת ציור של קנדינסקי. בין אלבומיו: Dancing with Bach, Connect (עם Shemesh), Microcosmos, בגן מוקסם, My Journey to Venus ו-First Meeting עם הצ׳לנית יוליה בילאט.
מוזיקתו משלבת דיוק הרמוני ורגש חופשי, ומבקשת לחצות גבולות בין עולמות – הקלאסי, הג׳אזי והפיוטי.

אילה יהודה

מוזיקאית יוצרת ואשת חינוך, מאמינה במוזיקה ככלי ליצירת חיבור ומפגש. מנחת מקהלות ומרחבי מחקר ויצירה קוליים, מורה לחליל צד ופסנתר בקונסרבטוריון מצפה רמון.

בוגרת Internal Compass music Institute, בשנים האחרונות מופיעה במגוון במות ופסטיבלים ברחבי הארץ ובעולם, ביניהם האינדינגב והאינטימדבר המצפאי.

צוף אביב לסיק
צוף אביב לסיק היא אמנית, נגנית קלרינט, יוצרת, כותבת ומורה, החיה ויוצרת במצפה רמון.
נולדה וגדלה בחיפה, ובגיל צעיר החלה ללמוד כינור ופיתוח קול במסגרת בית הספר ובקונסרבטוריון. בהמשך למדה גיטרה, ובמהלך שירותה הצבאי גילתה את הקלרינט – הכלי שהפך למרכז דרכה המוסיקלית.
במהלך השנים למדה אצל מורים רבים, בהם יונתן הדס (נגן קלרינט בפילהרמונית הישראלית) וחגי אמיר (סקסופוניסט ומרצה באקדמיה למוזיקה ולמחול בירושלים), שהשפיעו עמוקות על גישתה לנגינה וליצירה.
בשנת 2019, בהיותה בת 24, החלה את לימודיה בבית הספר למוזיקה Internal Compass שבמצפה רמון, בניהולו של הקונטרבסיסט אהוד אטון. שם נפתחה בפניה דלת לעולם הג׳אז והאלתור – עולמות שהיו נוכחים בילדותה בפסקול הבית.
במהלך שנות לימודיה העמיקה צוף בסגנונות מוזיקליים מגוונים ובהם שורו, כליזמר ומוזיקה בלקנית.
צוף הייתה חברה בהרכב כלי הנשיפה Woodwind Trio לצד דורין גל (אבוב) ולילה אשוח (חליל). השלוש הופיעו ברחבי הארץ עם רפרטואר קלאסי ומודרני, וביצעו גם יצירות מקוריות שנכתבו במיוחד עבורן על ידי המלחין דניאל שוורצוולד.
כיום היא משתתפת בפרויקטים מגוונים, בהם אנסמבל "מזרח ומערב" בבאר שבע, בניהולו של יוסי רווח וליאור בוקר, ומופיעה במועדון הג׳אז במצפה רמון ובמוקדים נוספים ברחבי הדרום.
בנוסף לפועלה המוסיקלי, צוף היא חלק מצוות הניהול של בית הספר למוזיקה במצפה רמון, מלמדת קלרינט, הרמוניה ופיתוח שמיעה, ומובילה את מקהלת הסטודנטים.

מועתסם עבדו

נגן כלי הקשה ממזרח ירושלים. למד במרכז למוסיקה מין המזרח ובאקדמיה למוסיקה בירושלים. 

כיום, נגן בתזמורת פירקת אלנור ומורה לכלי הקשה ופסנתר. 

מועתסם מתמחה במספר סגנונות ומשתתף בפרוייקטים, הקלטות ופסטיבלים בארץ ובחו״ל.

ג'קי פיי Jacqueline Fay
was trained as a cellist at the University of Arizona, the University of Victoria and McGill University in Montreal. Today, she works as a multi-genre instrumentalist, multi-disciplinary artist, composer, and educator. Born in Washington State and currently living in Mitzpe Ramon, Israel, Jacqueline performs throughout the country and the world with her various projects. She enjoys composing music for dance and theater, writing original songs, and teaching at the Internal Compass Institute for Improvised Music, where she currently also serves as Academic Director.

מושיקו אשכנזי
הוא נגן קונטרבס וגיטרה בס , מלחין ומעבד, המבוסס בישראל. בוגר Internal Compass Music Institute במצפה רמון. מנגן במגוון פרויקטים מוזיקליים ומנהל מועדון הג׳אז של מצפה רמון.

שיתף פעולה והופיע עם אמנים מובילים בסצנת הג׳אז הישראלית והבינלאומית, בהם דרן פטיט, דוד אלפנדרי, דניאל שוורצולד, עמיר בר עקיבא, אסף גורן ונוספים. גישתו האמנותית מבוססת על תפיסה הרואה במוזיקה כלי להתבוננות פנימית ולהתפתחות אישית, והיא מהווה מקור השראה מרכזי ליצירתו.

אהוד אטון
נגן הקונטרבס הישראלי אהוד אטון הוא אחד הקולות הישראלים הבולטים בסצנת הג׳אז הבינלאומית.  אטון הופיע לצד אמנים מהשורה הראשונה בהם ג׳ורג׳ גרצון, פרד הרש, דנילו פרס, דוני מקאסלין, ענת כהן ואחרים. הוא גם מופיע תדיר עם אנסמבל "מצפן פנימי" אותו הוא מוביל.  אטון מזוהה עם צליל קונטרבס ייחודי ומלודי, שהפך לסימן ההיכר שלו.

לאורך השנים הופיע אטון על בימות מובילות כגון הבלו נוט בניו יורק, מרכז קנדי בוושינגטון די.סי., וכן בעשרות קונצרטים ופסטיבלים ברחבי אירופה, צפון אמריקה, דרום אמריקה ואסיה.

אהוד הוא המייסד והמנהל האמנותי של פסטיבל "ג'אז על הקצה" במצפה רמון, ישראל.
